Dear Sirs

Far were the days when, under the guidance of our shareholders, we have join together, started planning, conceiving and developing what has become a challenge and an adventure: GHOUSE.

We remember with some nostalgia the acquisition of LUCALA, a product tanker, which has materialized our first asset. It seems distant, such has been our evolution.
From that time on, we have sustainably grown, in a strong way, increasing and diversifying our fleet, always betting on technologically advanced units. Our Portfolio honor us.

As we turn this 10 years, we feel satisfaction: As a Shareholder representative, we are extremely pleased to see our Company growing with consistency, robustness and with an economic performance that we believe is rewarding the investment and expectations of those who have entrusted on us. As a member of the Board of Directors, we have lived the decisions close to our employees, always implementing them as a team. We have shared tasks, lived anxieties and expectations, celebrating successes, sharing the good and bad times as we were only one.

Together, looking at these intense and vertiginous 10 years, we feel comfortable with what we have built, comforted with the strength of our Company, proud of her patrimony, satisfied with the recognition and prestige that we have already achieved. We are pleased to be building what our symbol means: a Great House.

Together, with our Shareholders and our team, we will face the next ten years, with dedication and increased motivation, with commitment and work, opening new paths and opportunities on a route that we believe will be safe and will create a solid heritage.

With proud of what we are, let´s face and win the future.
