Company History

An entrepreneurial spirit, a wise and remarkable good judgment and a unique vision and sense of opportunity, available only to those with a  profound knowledge of the business, led the founders, back in 2007, to the inception of the Company, with the incorporation of GHouse Management. To achieve the required financial magnitude and organization, the Company quickly evolved to GHouse Investments, incorporated in Macau.

GHouse Investments initiated its activity in 2008 with the acquisition of a product tanker MT “LUCALA”, followed by a sister ship.

In the year 2009, two ASD tugs were acquired in reply to duly identified customer needs.

Also in the same year, GHouse invested in the acquisition of an office building, well located in the center of Lisbon, intended to serve as support to the envisaged expansion.

Still in 2009, together with three other reference companies, GHouse set up a Joint Venture through which has acquired two product tankers. In the following year, three other product tankers have joined the co-owned fleet.

In 2011 the Company invested in real estate and acquired a building located in a prestigious quarter in Lisbon downtown.

GHouse successfully continued to develop and expand significantly its main activity: in 2013 the two fleet first vessels were sold and four recent product tankers were acquired. In the same period two small support vessels were designed and built to meet specific customer requirements.

The Company will broaden further its horizons, entering in the dry cargo and container, high speed passengers and coastal cruise vessels segments, in addition to recognized advisory services to its clients.
