First of all, our most sincere thanks to the Honorable Shareholders who made this PROJECT a reality, inviting us to carried out…THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Today we celebrate our Company 10th anniversary. I was no coincidence that we chose to celebrate this date at this location. There were two main features of common history:

First, this “Palace of Xabregas”, was built by the famous “navigator” Tristão da Cunha, at the end of second XVI… and, on the other hand, it is also one of the few buildings that resisted the earthquake of 1755 – as we are today resisting: “the current economic earthquake…”

It is with joy and not contained pride that we celebrate these ten years of existence.

A seed planted in 2007 has germinated and grew up. To this seed, small and delicate in the beginning, a strong and solid project today, was given the name GHouse. The Company was born and raised very rapidly, and with security she was taking giant steps. In 2009, we entered to an international consortium and in 2013 we have renewed and doubled our assets.

The investment has raised and today the Company is worth ten times more than it was when we started. Along with this wealth, trough work, the satisfaction, we recognize that this was due to the strong determination of all Company employees.
Today, we are competing with other worldwide companies, older, more experienced and with tradition in our filed of activity.
It was not difficult to reach 2017… – the challenge was to get where we are.

Today we have completed 10 years of successfully history: we have achieved a recognition as shipowners in three Continents (Asia, European and Africa) and we have created a reputation that we are proud of.
Nowadays GHouse is owning an International image of success and sustainable recognition acquiring resect and admiration. Without any doubt and with proud we recognize that this was due to the strong determination of all Company employees, each in particular and all as a team, who with dedication, talent and competence, have devote hours and hours of their lives to perform their best on behalf of our GHouse.

Let me say a few words about our “Comrades in Arms”:

• Rita, Sónia and Elisa: thank you for making us happy at the beginning of each day; You can not imagine how rewarding it is to get to work and start the day with joy;
• Agostinho and Osvaldo: Note that the driver will always be expected to attend to safe driving as the primary task. You two do the job perfectly! Seriously, don’t change a thing.
• Dinis: Thank you very much for all your support and for your dedication from the first hour in Macau; 謝謝 (m’koy…);
• Derek: I really appreciate your willingness to help out wherever needed, Derek, Many Thanks!
• Sofia and Elisabete: I’m happy to have you as a part of this team. It’s that kind of flexibility and dedication that will help this company grow to its full potential.
• Francisco: I appreciate your continued cooperation and support.
• Filipa: Thank you for your faithfulness and dedication.
• Ana (Margarida Mendes): Thank you so very much for all of your invaluable assistance. I greatly appreciate the assistance you have provided us.

• Finally, to our Members of Director Board Manuel and Mirco: Our thanks for the continuous support in the decisions we made, projects become easier to execute, changes become easier to implement and problems become easier to solve.
• To my colleague at all times, my brother and friend Fernando Santos, there are some colleagues in our lives who become more than friends for us, YOU became two in one. Thank you for fighting all battles by my side and for sharing the WHEEL of this Company.

Finally, to my GREAT FRATELLO and Friend – who invited us to this project and who from the first hour never left us alone in difficult times. Without you, surely, we could not be where we are.
